Compared to other sectors of the economy, it is difficult for art and culture to become a business. This requires independent financing and management competencies. Finances remain an equally important component. One of the most urgent issues for creative industries entrepreneurs remains, first of all, to strengthen their financial and business competencies and not to be afraid looking for new ways of attracting external funding. It is important to develop a financial business model, estimate all potential costs and income, know how to conduct daily operations and how to multiply your income.
The training seminar will cover the following topics:
– Finding and securing seed funding by establishing partnerships and developing a profitable strategic program,
-How much start-up capital is needed and what should be initial contribution?
–What will be the ratio of own capital investments and funds received from external sources for future creative enterprise?
–What is the potential for growth in the creative enterprise?
–Where will external funding come from – from individuals and/or organizations/institutions?
